What do you get when you have a hungry traveler, plane delay and so much baggage? The worst person to be around.
Luckily, San Diego Airport launched an in-airport delivery app for travelers, flight crews and airport employees. AtYourGate is the airport version of Postmates or UberEats. Airport goers can order all the essentials with a click of a button.
Forgot your headphones? Order it. Can’t sleep on the plane? Order it. Starving but don’t want to lug your bags across two terminals? Order it. You can even order MAC cosmetics for all your beauty needs.
The app allows travelers to sit back and relax at their gate while someone runs their errands. Items are hand-delivered within 20 minutes.
AtYourGate launched at the San Diego Airport earlier this year. Newark Airport will be the next on the list along with plans for many more airports.
Hey AtYourGate – we are ready for you to come to all the SoCal airports!
