Actions we’re taking around the Coronavirus
As our airport communities continue to feel the increased impact of Coronavirus/COVID-19, we feel it is important to share with you what we are doing to help keep people safe and healthy.
At AtYourGate, we strive to take great care of the people in the airports which we serve, from our team members to guests traveling through airports across the country. Our purpose is to reduce stress during travel, save time, improve healthy food choices, and allow you to avoid lines at restaurants.
As part of that process, we’ve redoubled our efforts to ensure that proper cleaning and disinfecting procedures are followed, and we’ve instructed any team member who is not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution and self-monitor their symptoms.
As the situation evolves, each of our airports may implement additional preventative measures to ensure guest and team member wellbeing, including staffing or service modifications. If and when we find it necessary to modify hours of operation at a particular airport we will communicate that via email and social media outlets.
Thank you in advance for your patience as we navigate this challenging situation one day at a time and determine how best to continue serving our airports while maintaining our focus where it belongs: on our valued guests and team members.
